the previous pin's Sched.stats() never copied events_rearmed, so zio_sched_events_rearmed_total scraped as a structural zero — the 2h prod flat-zero was measuring the omission, not the code path. any canary must carry this pin for the counter to mean anything. also picks up the inject_drops counter (silently dropped cross-thread wakes) and the darwin kqueue close-while-parked fix.
