Label the OpenAI integration as "OpenAI Moderation API" (#742) master

Coop calls this integration just "OpenAI" in the dashboard, the integration list, and the model card itself. The actual scope is narrower: it is OpenAI's Moderation API specifically, not a generic OpenAI integration. Rename the three user-facing strings to match. Also surface the model card PDF in the Relevant Links section alongside the existing Documentation link, so reviewers can reach the model card without leaving the integration view.
