The actual scope is narrower: it is OpenAI's Moderation API specifically, not a generic OpenAI integration. Rename the three user-facing strings to match. Also surface the model card PDF in the Relevant Links section alongside the existing Documentation link, so reviewers can reach the model card without leaving the integration view.
