nix-config and nix-lib move to the one-set workspaceIn, so no call in the tree passes a path anywhere; the module boundary they sit behind is now documented in the framework (their modules read the consuming tree's config, so a standalone evaluation recurses - measured, not assumed). Every lock moves to the framework rev that carries the shared call-root: the five hand-written flakes and all 38 generated ones, in one change so no published repo evaluates a new call against an old functor again.
