fix(status-page): restore translations for non-english locales (#2762) master

* fix(status-page): restore translations for non-english locales next-intl 4.14 switched extracted message ids from base64 to base64url, so every id containing "+" or "/" stopped resolving. The banner text, "Get updates" button and 18 other strings rendered empty in all locales except English. Rename the affected keys in the message catalogs. * test(status-page): guard message catalogs against extractor id drift Assert every source id equals next-intl's hash of its text and every locale carries the same id set, so a change in the extractor's id format fails CI instead of silently blanking translations. * fix: build
