fix(seed): distinct names for seeded pages and monitors; recorder fails on broken images master

Seed: workspace 1 is "Acme Inc." instead of "test", the two status pages are "Acme Inc." and "Acme Enterprise" instead of two "Acme Inc.", and every monitor has a name and description (two had none). Ids, slugs, URLs and relations are unchanged, since many suites read seeded workspace 1. Recorder: route Chromium through HTTPS_PROXY when set, wait for every visible image after each navigation, and fail without writing a video when any image did not load. The tutorial now creates "Acme Payments" so it does not clash with the seeded pages.
