feat(scripts): record scripted dashboard walkthroughs as video master

scripts/record.mjs drives the seeded local dashboard with Playwright and writes an mp4 per tutorial, with a visible cursor and click ripples, dev overlays hidden, routes pre-compiled, and the loading lead-in trimmed. Tutorials are small step files in scripts/tutorials/; the first one walks through creating a status page. Also drop deno from dev-stack.mjs: it was removed from devbox.json in #2892, which made `dev-stack up` fail before starting anything.
