Add session log actions to Active Agents context menu master

Copy Session Path / Reveal Session in Finder expose the on-disk transcript that AgentSessionResolver already attaches to each entry (ActiveAgentEntry.session.transcriptPath). Shown only when the session resolved to a file; agents with server-side or store-only sessions (e.g. Amp threads) keep the menu unchanged.
