Every specimen was parked when its unit line was written, and Observation skips turnMp for a unit with no position - so a squad that turns for nothing was recorded paying a Mek's hexside for as long as the field has existed. Placed at elevation zero, which keeps the clear-ground frame stands is measured in. lance-advance.svg is regenerated rather than churn: rebasing onto #287-on-main brought battle armor's free turn in, infantry turning free changes the reachable sets the vignette draws, and the committed SVG is an artefact of behaviour that legitimately changed.
