The wasm ABI doc and TODO.md still named helm_library_loadout, which was generalized into helm_library_chunk (crates/helm-wasm/src/lib.rs) when the loadout-only join became chunk-generic; the old name no longer exists in the crate. Change-Id: I4a7123b1b47fe30c1ac0c0238d6195989efdc1b1
