Phase 4: stop tracking .claude worktrees; gitignore .claude/ master

Two agent-worktree paths were accidentally swept into history by an earlier `git add -A` in the shared checkout. Untrack them and ignore `.claude/` so the tree stays clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
