feat(web): add TypeScript types matching daemon API master

- Define interfaces for GraphNode, GraphEdge, ProjectResponse, Session - Add composite response types: NodeWithEdges, GoalTree, DecisionHistory, ExportResult, ImportResult, DiffResult - Create request body types for all endpoints - Define WsEvent discriminated union with 9 event types - Enum types use string literal unions matching Rust serde serialization - All types strictly typed with proper nullability matching JSON serialization
