Flat materials made the generator, skills, and pixel-pipeline wiki page dead code. Remove them and retarget live docs at flat materials. Defense: no-dead-code — a parked texture pipeline with no scheduled hero-art pass is dead tooling; the constitution's flat-materials refinement is the world look.
