electron: native macOS chrome + smaller window + pals icon + link fix master
- Standard native macOS title bar (frame:true) showing the current piece as the window title; full-bleed webview; custom card frame / flip / resize handles / volume slider suppressed in native mode. - Smaller default window (330x290, mins 260x220). - webview contextIsolation=no so window.acElectron is visible to bios — fixes external chat links (openExternal bridge) and window:close. - Pals tray icon: solid accent fill, no drop shadow, flood-filled interiors with a DPI-scaled black silhouette border (now thicker: scale+1 px). - Accent-chrome plumbing retained behind the (now-superseded) custom card path.
