electron: lock desktop density to 1 + make boot animation track ac-density master

- bios.mjs: desktop default density back to 1. - index.mjs boot canvas: in Electron, read ac-density from localStorage and use it for SCL + targetSCL so the boot animation's pixel grid + element scale match the main canvas density.
