vowel-hold: stretch method (Rubber Band R3) is the default; loop and world kept master

The WORLD hold squelched and a period-aligned loop of the dry stem could not join cleanly (her pitch drifts inside 200 ms), so the default hold is now the real vowel time-stretched with Rubber Band's R3 engine — her recording's own movement, slowed — with the fade shape baked in.
