vowel-hold: one averaged envelope, floored HF aperiodicity, gentle tilt — no screech master

Per-frame ping-pong through WORLD frames buzzed and whistled; the hold now synthesizes from the log-mean spectrum of the steady frames, the median aperiodicity floored at 0.35 above 4 kHz, −6 dB per 4 kHz above 5 kHz, and a lighter vibrato (0.15 st). Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
