Done as a rest rather than by stealing the beat from a neighbour, so the shift propagates: "in" keeps its 1.5 beats at 0.92× — her own speed — and every word after "my" lands exactly one beat later than it did. my bar 2 beat 4 · self bar 3 beat 2 · i bar 3 beat 4 · think bar 4 beat 2 · of bar 4 beat 4 · a bar 5 beat 4 · stone bar 6 beat 3 · just bar 7 beat 2 · waiting bar 8 beat 2. Note that costs the bar-line placements set earlier — waiting was on bar 8:1, stone on 6:2 — which is what "everything after shifted" asks for.
