One MCP server for the house at https://home.zzstoatzz.io/mcp.

Tools What they do
hue_* Philips Hue rooms, lights and scenes
tv_* Fire TV over ADB: status, apps, YouTube playback
show_home, show_media_picker the optional MCP App: room controls and verified media to play on the TV

The app's buttons call the hue_* and tv_* tools in-process. Only the DIDs in HOME_MCP_ALLOWED_DIDS can sign in.

Running #

heavypad runs home-mcp (the server, 127.0.0.1:8765) and home-mcp-tunnel (Cloudflare tunnel for home.zzstoatzz.io) as systemd user services from ~/home-mcp/home. The units and the tunnel config are in deploy/. Secrets stay on heavypad in ~/.config/home-mcp/*.env; deploy/env/ lists the variables each one needs.

Dependencies #

FastMCP is pinned to a commit with unreleased pieces this relies on: the experimental AT Protocol provider, OAuthProxy callback hooks, and FastMCPApp.ui(csp=). Move the pin to a release once those ship.
