scrub sweep references from comments, drop stray blank metrics line master

the silent-worker sweep was reverted in 9730b66 but comments in subscriber/slurper/admin still described it as if it existed, and broadcaster kept an extra blank line from its removed metric. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
