deploy unconditionally on push to main master

the docs-skip heuristic used grep/sed, which the nixery env does not provide unless declared, so it silently skipped a needed deploy — the exact failure the comment warned about. every main push deploys now. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
