websocket: pin zzstoatzz fork v0.1.5 + re-export from root master

Moves websocket back onto the zzstoatzz fork (the fleet standard) at v0.1.5, which fixes the handshake over_read integer-overflow on a split terminating CRLF — the root cause of the zlay prod crashloop.
