build: cbor-bench imports the zat module, fixing zig build master

the bench's module rooted at src/internal/repo, so cbor.zig's ../crypto/multibase.zig import (added in 0acbedf) escaped the module path and every full zig build failed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
