review.md was a dated log of the prototype's development, favicon.md a publishing note, and overview.png an unreferenced screenshot; all remain in 596c4ef. The README covers what the page is, deploying, the local loopback server, regenerating parsers and data, and why small spheres use avatar thumbnails. server.py now imports the example decoder from this repo instead of through the sibling path.
