Two problems, both mine. The README carried operational state -- which deployment is promoted, which digest is admitted, which canary was retired. That rots the moment anything ships, and it is already recorded where it belongs: receipts/ for artifacts, the runbook for a run, the field log for history. Worse, it asserted Stream is "not at semantic parity". That was true when it was written and is not true now: the gate's own decision section says every correctness blocker is closed, no row is blocked, and "nothing there behaves differently from upstream". All four remaining partial rows are observability evidence -- per-family producer semantics, dashboard panels, span re-audit, and the differential oracle's own reach. None is a behavioral divergence. I copied that sentence forward without re-reading the gate, in a commit whose stated purpose was removing stale claims -- exactly the rot the gate warns about directly above that section. The README now points at the gate instead of paraphrasing it, so there is one place to be wrong. Also corrected: the collections and segments status views are no longer absent; 824bd5a added them and the gate has that row verified.
