client: multi-host failover — time re-anchored rotation over per-instance seq spaces master

v2 cursors are instance-local, so the v1 client's round-robin cannot transfer them. the bridge is witnessed time: on rotation the next host's listSegments bounds place the sweep (anchorForFloor), and a delivery floor at last_time_us - rewind trims the segment-granularity over-fetch, bounding duplicates to the margin. failback mirrors zat v1 nextHostIndex. single-host behavior and error surface unchanged. extension beyond the upstream Go client (single service binding), recorded in the README.
