network.bsky.jetstream.* is a Bluesky service API, not atproto — the same line Bluesky drew splitting @bsky/sdk from @atproto/api. this repo takes the jetstream-coupled pieces (archive replay + jss v1 decode + the vendored decode-only libzstd) and depends on zat for everything protocol. next: the subscribeEvents v2 live client. zat.JetstreamClient (v1 wire) stays in zat until its consumers migrate.
