fix(components): dialog scroll-lock compensates for scrollbar width master

Locking body scroll (overflow: hidden) removes the viewport scrollbar, which shifts the page content — and any fixed/centered dialog — horizontally by the scrollbar width. Compensate by reserving the scrollbar width as padding-right on <body> while locked, and reset it on close/destroy. Mirrors Radix/shadcn. Regenerates the dialog registry manifest.
