Bad CHIP-8 emulator I made over a weekend. Does not implement audio. Decently optimized CPU but bad main-loop, so don't expect perfect performance. (Playable, however)

And, I named it "chipper" before I discovered there was also another thing in the CHIP-8 ecosystem named Chipper (CHIP-8 syntax for .ch8 files), so, this is not meant to be related.
