improve Pos struct and add GRID_SIZE const master

- Pos is now a struct with fields. Pos::new(x, y) can be used. - impl Display for Pos - Pos::box_pos(&self) gets the position of the pos's box - Pos::new_from_idx turns a grid index into a Pos - GRID_SIZE is now used for the width of the grid (9)
