keep embedded fixtures and scripts in the crane source master

craneLib.cleanCargoSource keeps only .rs/Cargo.* files, so the nix build lost src/fixtures/expected_config.txt and the scripts/*.sh that config.rs and bsd.rs embed via include_str!. Filter with cleanSourceWith: crane's cargo filter plus those two extras.
