deps: upgrade rodio to 0.20, drop direct cpal dependency master

rodio 0.20 pulls in cpal 0.15 and alsa 0.9, which no longer depends on nix 0.23, so the FreeBSD 11 ABI override in the BSD release workflow is no longer needed and has been removed. cpal 0.15 also adds a real ALSA backend on NetBSD (audio previously fell back to the null host there). The direct cpal dependency was unused; rodio re-exports everything the code needs.
