feat: Changes wrto new plugin structure + UI enchancements for plugins master

- Changed plugin structure to PLUGIN_NAME(folder) -> skills (folder) -> skill_name(folder) -> SKILLS.md. similarly for extensions in future. - Replaced `\` with `$` for invoking a skill directly
