Moves the app to SvelteKit 3 with the toolchain it needs (adapter-node 6, adapter-cloudflare 8, Vite 8.3, Vitest 5, Storybook 10.6). - $lib, $routes, $fixtures, $static and $storybook become package.json subpath imports (#lib/*, ...) with explicit file extensions - svelte.config.js is gone: kit and compiler options live in vite.config.ts, server env is declared in src/env.ts - $app/environment is now $app/env, param matchers move to src/params.ts - the docs site resolves #lib for the components it imports from web - eslint: escape the # in the fixtures import rule, which gitignore-style patterns read as a comment Signed-off-by: Tom Antas <tom@altalogy.com>
