knot2: split storage-free git model into knot-gitcore master

commit/tag/tree parsing, patch bodies, base85, gitmodules and ref predicates move out of knot-git so the cloudflare worker can share them; knot-git re-exports and keeps its behaviour. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
