Resolve PDS URL and repo from DID master
Call extractPdsFromDid(repo) to obtain the PDS base URL and pass it to AtpAgent instead of using the hardcoded https://bsky.social. Compute the repo once from trackWithUri.uri and reuse it for getRecord.
