app: hide VOD comments from the video interface for first launch master

Stop rendering <VodComments> in VodSection. The comment component and its interaction hooks stay in place — they're just not shown — so this is a one-line UI gate, easy to re-enable. On wide layouts VodSection now renders nothing (metadata comes from BottomMetadata there); on narrow it still shows the mobile metadata block. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
