Name debug recordings .mp4, not .rtmp.mp4 master
The recording tee sees the ingest's MP4 input whatever the transport: the OBS plugin's fMP4 push is recorded through it too. Drop the suffix parameter, which only ever carried ".rtmp.mp4".
