atproto: list server-repo records newest-first by default master
Flips the natural order of ServerRepoListRecords to descending rkey. For TID-shaped rkeys (the common case for view counts, media origins, etc.), this hands callers the most recent records first — the cheapest shape for the UIs we have in mind. The standard `reverse` param flips back to lex-ascending for chronological consumers. The implementation now walks once to collect (rkey, cid) pairs, sorts in the requested direction, then fetches + decodes record bodies only for the page being returned. That's O(N) walk + O(limit) fetches, which is fine for server-repo-sized collections; we'll revisit if a collection ever grows large enough that the upfront walk hurts.
