ci: capture make node output as an artifact (temporary debugging) master

linux-amd64 keeps failing inside the containerized make chain and job logs aren't API-accessible; tee the output and upload it so the actual error is visible. Remove once the job is green. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
