`glex install` wrote the manifest without a trailing newline; `make check` (pnpm prettier --check) fails on it, which is what was still failing the linux-amd64 and darwin-arm64 CI jobs after the test fixes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
