The ffconcat -> latest.mp4 -> segment/:file trio served .m4s straight off disk; live playback is all MUXL HLS now (in-memory window, pkg/livehls + place_stream_playback_getlive). Nothing references these routes. Drops one of the two remaining readers of on-disk segment archival. The MistServer stream.mkv HEAD and the /segment/:id JSON metadata endpoint are unaffected.
