TransferVOD commits the place.stream.media.origin to the server repo and relies on the firehose to round-trip it back into the local index, which can lag (or miss). getVideoList now filters on (server_did, blob), so a transferred video stays out of the listing until that origin is indexed — even though it plays fine from the local store. After a successful transfer, upsert the origin straight into the index via Model.UpsertMediaOrigin (rkey=CID, authority=ServerDID — the same key the listing filters on).
