[ADD] tui: the drawing of the interface master
The map draws each output as a rectangle in the logical space and keeps the proportions of each monitor. The map draws on the canvas of the "ratatui" crate with half blocks, which makes the vertical resolution two times better. A character cell is higher than it is wide, and the map corrects that ratio. Without the correction a square monitor looks wide. The logical space puts the origin at the top left, and the canvas puts the origin at the bottom left, so the map makes the vertical coordinate negative. Each output takes a color, and the fill of a rectangle uses a dark form of that color. One fill for all the outputs joins two monitors that touch into one shape. The same color marks the monitor in the map, in the list and in the properties. The map also draws the position that an output had before the movement. The row of the keys drops the entries of least importance when the terminal is narrow, because a cut line can hide the key that applies the changes. The tests draw into a buffer and examine the text. They also draw into a very small area, where an error in the arithmetic of the view stops the program.
