- adds openhands-sdk==1.23.* as a base dependency; litellm comes transitively. installed-size delta ~337 MB. bumps requires-python to >=3.12 (openhands-sdk requirement). - deletes solstone/think/providers/bundled.py and all per-provider install machinery for anthropic/openai/openhands. cogitate is ready for hosted providers as soon as the env key is set; no install step. - collapses build_provider_status cloud branch to env-key-only readiness (configured/generate_ready/cogitate_ready/issues); cloud cards in the settings panel lose install affordances. - keeps sol call settings providers install local working through local_install; the four other verbs (uninstall/disable/enable/ validate-key) are removed entirely. retired HTTP routes and the /api/providers bundled block likewise. - relocates the actionable hint "sol call settings providers install local" to local_install.install_hint() so providers_cli and build_provider_status can surface it consistently. - sweeps user-facing Ollama references in INSTALL.md and DATA-FLOW.md to "local" / "local provider"; the maint migrate-ollama-to-local helper stays for users coming from older configs. - CHANGELOG [Unreleased] documents the wheel-size delta, the python floor bump, and the retired bundled-install command surface. - ruff target-version bumped to py312 to match the python floor; updates import-sort fallout in four unrelated files (auto-fixed by make format).
