Deliberate VPE re-cut after main advanced past the original c3eb606 freeze. Upstream commit dcd5767b (sol call thinking confidential verbs) modified solstone/apps/thinking/call.py -- the sole comparator-set change -- adding four leaf commands, which raised the grammar oracle from 174 to 178 entries and drifted the 20-file manifest digest. Supersede the branch-owned fixtures/guards to the new base: - grammar source -> ce65d06ba67ca4fad85ba3b3f71a1eec359bc6e5 - oracle 178 entries (174 leaves + 4 callbacks) / 121548 bytes / sha256 5efb306ed70e54a8b97b3178a07c4267cfd58594a37ed754871a3da80c0dba57 under the same canonical serialization - 20-file sorted git-ls-tree digest -> b64434672c2eaa0d570301fc5b299f989b6d1524ecf7f90b3a1f22868ae84251 The four new paths (thinking confidential disable/enable/recheck/status) are true HTTP commands outside this fixed L1 lead slice -- they raise the eventual thinking floor 19->23 and post-health-relocation HTTP total 149->153 but are not ported here.
