Let unexpected adapter exceptions propagate instead of converting them into typed native speaker failures, while keeping temp-dir cleanup in the adapter finally block. Print the canonical speakers-analyze installation failure message once, remove stale adapter surface, point PORTING at the probe platform authority, and rename the request admitted statement helper to match its current role.
