v1 has no adopters, which makes redefining it safe but not right: a versioned schema identifier exists so the identifier answers what shape a record is, and redefining a published one leaves two shapes answering to one name across the tree's own history. v1 is a one-record predecessor with no id, no outcome tag, no reason code and no session framing; it is removed with its consumer rather than reinterpreted.
