The shipping CLI crate consumes core/fixtures/native-sol/root-contract-v1.json at compile time via include_str!, but maturin's per-crate packaging dropped that out-of-crate fixture, so the release rail's sdist-to-wheel build could not compile.\n\nThe core sdist normalizer now injects a derived set of compile-time assets discovered from the shipping solstone-core bin dependency closure. The normalizer and the new gate share that derivation so the packaged asset set cannot drift from the check.\n\nAdd check-core-sdist-compile-inputs to prove every non-test include_str!/include_bytes! input ships byte-identically at its consumed path, plus an integration regression that builds the real normalized sdist to a wheel and proves three negative mutations fail on the contract-specific diagnostic.\n\nCo-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
