Fix stats dashboard brand colors: replace purple gradients with amber/orange master

The stats page heading, stat values, progress bars, bar chart, and loading spinner used an off-brand purple gradient (#667eea → #764ba2). Replaced all five occurrences with var(--facet-color, #b06a1a) to match the rest of Convey.
